ELEV8 Research aims to process and dispatch all orders on the same day or the next business day whenever reasonably possible. We reserve the right to adjust fulfilment timeframes at our discretion.
SHIPPING METHODS & TIMEFRAMES
We currently offer the following delivery options within Australia:
Express Shipping – $15
Estimated delivery: 1–3 business days from dispatch
Standard Shipping – $10
Estimated delivery: 3–6 business days from dispatch
At our discretion, we may offer free shipping on selected orders, promotions, order values or during limited-time campaigns. Free shipping offers are not guaranteed and may be modified or withdrawn at any time without prior notice.
All delivery timeframes are estimates provided by postal or courier services and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary due to location, carrier delays, public holidays or factors outside our control.
TRACKING & DELIVERY
All orders are shipped with tracking. Once an order has been dispatched, responsibility for delivery lies with the postal or courier service. ELEV8 Research is not liable for delays, mis-deliveries or service disruptions caused by third-party carriers.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping information provided at checkout is accurate and complete. ELEV8 Research is not responsible for delays, losses or returned shipments resulting from incorrect or incomplete address details.
