OVERVIEW
This Refund and Returns Policy outlines the circumstances under which ELEV8 Research may offer refunds, replacements or support in relation to purchased products. By placing an order, customers acknowledge and agree to the terms set out below.
Nothing in this policy is intended to exclude or limit any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
CHANGE OF MIND
Due to the nature of our products and for health, safety and quality-control reasons, ELEV8 Research does not accept returns or provide refunds for change-of-mind purchases.
All sales are considered final once an order has been placed.
ORDER ERRORS
Customers are responsible for ensuring all product selections, variants, quantities and shipping details are correct at checkout.
ELEV8 Research is not obligated to provide refunds or replacements for errors made by the customer. However, we may offer assistance at our discretion if the order has not yet been dispatched.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If an item arrives damaged or an incorrect product has been received, customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
Claims must include:
- Clear photographs of the outer packaging
- The internal packaging
- The affected product
Upon review and verification, ELEV8 Research may, at its discretion, offer a replacement or refund for the affected item.
We reserve the right to decline claims that:
- Cannot be substantiated
- Result from misuse, mishandling or improper storage
- Do not comply with provided handling or storage guidelines
LOST OR DELAYED DELIVERIES
Once an order has been dispatched, responsibility for delivery rests with the postal or courier service.
ELEV8 Research is not liable for delays, lost parcels, or delivery disruptions caused by third-party carriers. Customers experiencing delivery issues are encouraged to contact us for assistance; however, outcomes are subject to carrier investigations and policies.
APPROVED RETURNS (RARE CIRCUMSTANCES ONLY)
Where a return is approved by ELEV8 Research, the following conditions apply:
- Items must be unopened, unused and in original condition
- Products must be returned in original packaging
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated
- Returns will only be processed once the item has been received and inspected
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
For safety, compliance, and quality-control reasons, the following items cannot be returned under any circumstances:
- Opened, used, or tampered products
- Products not in original packaging
- Items returned without prior written approval
- Products damaged due to improper handling or storage
